How do I test my photo?

Upload a JPG, PNG or WebP photo, add your instructions, confirm photo permissions, and select Generate two previews. You can try a conversion before buying. AI must be enabled by the studio.

Will the portrait use this design?

The photo supplies the facial likeness and this product supplies the scene template. The preview shows the generated result so you can review the likeness and details before approving.

Can I request a change?

Yes. Select your preview, choose Request revisions, enter what should change and save. You can also request extra face variants.

Can I order without AI?

Use Order a manually prepared design to save your photograph and brief, then choose the format and size and add it to your cart.

Which photo works best?

A clear portrait in natural light with the whole face visible. Avoid sunglasses, heavy filters and blurry images. For couples or groups, upload separate photos if needed.

When will it be printed?

Printing requires approved artwork. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown by the store at checkout; digital artwork does not require shipping.
